solemnization.. is a word which should be used sparingly by those who cannot pronounce it properly... because, i've heard it being pronounced again and again at one where the guy kept reading it as "sodomisation"

who is good in Excel IF function ??

Say i got the following cells

Salary, Yr, Result

Salary = $1000
Year = 26
Result = (I need to do a formula which states, IF year >25, take 25*salary, If year<=25, take year*salary)

But i can't get excel to calculate out for me. It just shows me "A1*25" as the answer instead of the figure
